If you want to see what I'm reading and appreciating on the intarweb, just check here. This will almost definitely be updated on a near daily basis. Also, through a chain of unfortunate events robotbrain.com is now in the hands of a domain squatter. This made me furious but I'm not sure what I'll do yet. I'll be getting a new domain somehow anyway. The old robotgiant.com is still mine though. Oops, now I've messed up my LJ format by switching account types. Umm, fun. |

This works on a much more localized level as well, however. Consider your computer/gadget geek friend vs. someone that does not know how to program their VCR (err, TIVO?)
P.S. I personally met neither Douglas Coupland, or William Gibson, nor Michael Stipe when I was on the 8th floor of the Shibuya Tokyu Hands. |
